Cannibal Raw Bar is a place for very special people, elegant and sophisticated people but lovers of simple things, not pretentious, its strength is raw food dishes such as ceviches, tartares and carpaccios always with high quality products, but we can also find fish , seafood and fantastic Galician meats
I always like to enjoy steak tartare, I ate in many places but here they make it special, I almost always go with friends but I love to go alone on Saturday in the middle day to sit at the bar bar… always so detailed

I can’t stop pulling out my most rogue vein and talking about the dark but incredibly fun part of the Cannibal Raw bar Madrid.
Cannibal Club, is a very charming Cocktail Club, located in the basement of the restaurant, to ascend to it, you have to pass a flight of clandestine stairs that take you to a suggestive, fun and rogue new space to have a drink after dinner.
A place with history, sophisticated and cosmopolitan with charm.
